Common questions about our security practices

Where is my data stored?

Queeble uses managed cloud infrastructure and supporting service providers to operate the platform. If you need details for a security review or vendor onboarding process, contact our team for the current environment and processing information relevant to your workspace.

Do you have access to our conversations?

Queeble processes conversation and commerce data when merchants enable those workflows so the product can provide inbox, automation, AI assistance, reporting, and support features. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel with a business need and is subject to logging and review.

How do you handle data breaches?

We maintain incident response procedures for identification, containment, investigation, remediation, and customer communication. If we confirm a breach affecting customer data, we notify affected customers in line with applicable law and contractual obligations.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export all your data at any time through the dashboard. We support standard formats for data portability compliance.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days.

Do you support merchant data processing agreements?

Yes. Queeble offers a Data Processing Addendum covering processor obligations, subprocessor use, security measures, and assistance with data rights requests. Contact legal@queeble.com for execution support.
