By accessing or using Queeble's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Queeble provides an omnichannel commerce and customer communication platform that enables businesses to manage customer conversations, automate workflows, operate AI-assisted sales and support journeys, and integrate with third-party systems such as Shopify and connected messaging channels. Our services may include messaging automation, CRM tooling, analytics, onboarding tools, catalog features, payment or billing integrations, and embedded commerce experiences.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must use strong passwords, restrict account access to authorized users, and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate anti-spam laws • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Messaging Policy • Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services • Upload malicious code or content • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
Our services may integrate with WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Shopify, and other third-party channels or commerce systems. You agree to comply with all platform terms, policies, and applicable law governing your use of those integrations. Violations of third-party platform rules may result in feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Queeble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Security commitments, and where applicable our Data Processing Addendum. You retain ownership of your merchant data. You instruct Queeble to process customer and operational data only as necessary to provide the services, secure the platform, comply with law, and fulfill documented product functions.
If you use Queeble to process customer personal data, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, notices, and permissions for that processing. You remain responsible for your relationships with your customers and for responding to channel-specific consent and opt-out requirements. Queeble acts as a processor or service provider for such data except where we independently determine the purposes of processing for our own account, such as billing, security, fraud prevention, and support operations.
Our services may integrate with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data. If we confirm a security incident affecting your data, we will investigate, take reasonable containment and remediation steps, and provide notice consistent with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queeble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queeble, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
